GD2250HP TRIPLEX FRAC TRAILER PUMP.

Trailer Design:
PRATT / USA Custom made heavy-duty with (2) Axle fixed gooseneck, single drop trailer, landing gear, Budd wheels (275/70R22) Tires, Triplex pumps, Power driven engines.

Engine:
QTY (1) CUMMINS QSK50, providing 2,000 hp at 1900 rpm.

Triplex Pump:
2018 SPM Power End with GD Fluid End triplex Pump, equipped with 4.5” Plunger, MAWP 15,000PSI, (Min rate 83gpm at 15,000 psi, Max Rate 545gpm at 6,366psi).

Transmission:
(1) Allison S9820 Transmissions for use with diesel engine up to 2250hp (1678KW).

Control Panel and Display:
Enclosed control panel with new panel designs, equipped with the required gauges to monitor engine and operation parameters.

Data Acquisition System:
MDT DAS with Operating laptop SN/RP703s1114/GETAC.

Radiator:
Engine radiator, and new cooler for hydraulic system and triplex lubricant.

High Pressure line:
FMC/ Equivalent for high-pressure line on discharge and circulation. HP pressure relief valve on discharge side.

Hydraulic Tank:
Hydraulic tanks.

Diesel Tank:
Renewed 500lit diesel tank with filtering system.

Hydraulic /Air hoses:
Hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, lub and all other hoses.

Electronic Wires:
Electrical wiring through out the unit with spot lights for night operation.

Weight and dimension:
Approximately 25 Ton/, (L/13mtr, W/2.4Mtr, H/3.5mtr).
