BETICO POWER PACK
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
COMPRESSOR.
Betico V -Twin compressor model SB 1-82.
DIESEL ENGINE.
Hatz 4L41-104C Silent pack engine 4 cylinder diesel engine.
CONTROL PANEL.
Deep Sea Electronics control panel in weather resistant box incl. key switch, tacho, hour meter, oil temp, cylinder temp & belt failure protection.
BATTERY.
12V battery included with keyed cut out switch.
POWER TRANSMISSION.
Direct coupled via Fenner Fl 10 Rubber Tyre Coupling.
Coupling guard is fitted.
BASEFRAME.
The compressor and diesel engine are mounted on a steel base frame that incorporates fork tyne pockets to remove from tanker.
INLET FILTER.
Dry type dual element air cleaner.
PIPEWORK.
3" discharge pipework terminating at one end of the power pack with a 3" aluminium male camlock and dustcap.
A 2" emergency dump valve is incorporated in the discharge pipework near the camlock.
ENCLOSURE.
Not fitted.
EXTERNAL PAINT SYSTEM.
The base frame is painted with one coat of 2 pack high build, anti corrosive, abrasion resistant 2 pack epoxy undercoat and one coat of highly weather resistant 2 pack polyurethane enamel.
