Catalyst dosing and handling package designed for the controlled transfer, handling and injection of catalyst into petrochemical process units.
The package includes equipment for catalyst drum handling, vibration, tilting and precise catalyst dosing, allowing safe and controlled catalyst feeding into the process system.
The catalyst dosing package has already completed the major fabrication and assembly phases and can be finalized according to the purchaser’s specific technical and electrical requirements.
Main Component
The package includes the following main equipment:
• Catalyst Metering Unit
• Catalyst Transfer Syringes
• Catalyst Drum Tilter
• Catalyst Drum Vibrator
• Skid-mounted support structure
• Associated piping and instrumentation
The system is designed for accurate catalyst handling and dosing in industrial process units.
Condition
The catalyst dosing package was manufactured in 2022 and major fabrication and manufacturing activities have already been completed, including the fabrication and assembly of the main components of the catalyst dosing system.
The package is currently at an advanced manufacturing stage and stored in controlled conditions.
The system can be finalized according to the purchaser’s specific technical requirements, with the remaining scope mainly related to the electrical configuration and final integration.
Final completion can be carried out within approximately 4 weeks from order, depending on the final configuration requested by the purchaser.
This represents a significant reduction compared to the typical manufacturing lead time for a new catalyst dosing package of similar specifications.
