Intended for high pressure well kill, fracturing simulation, water injection and general pumping applications Zone 2 compliant for use in hazardous areas.

Power Train
Detroit Diesel GM12V 71N Zone 2 rated engine (480 bhp @ 2100 rpm) with Allison 6061 transmission, plus an 8- hour fuel supply (integrated carbon steel tank).

Triplex Pump
HT-400 positive displacement triplex pump c/w 4-1/2” plungers with a maximum working pressure of 7,500 psi .

Control Panel
Engraved l control panel comprising central control of engine and transmission, display of flow rate, pressure and temperature gauges and emergency stop valve.
Safety / Environmental Emergency stop, fuel stop, variable over pressure shutdown, fail safe system and pressure relief valves. Drip tray with drain points to catch spills.
